I’m a senior manufacturing professional with over 30 years of experience in quality management, manufacturing engineering, and business analysis. Throughout my career, I’ve toured hundreds of manufacturing facilities and worked alongside leading industry professionals across North America and Japan. My academic background includes a Master of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Youngstown State University.

I frequently collaborate with subject matter experts to develop rich, accurate training content, and I continue to write articles and reference materials that bridge technical depth with everyday application. I’m a senior member of the American Society for Quality and hold ASQ certifications in Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing, and Calibration.
